These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to purchases made by consumers on paw-smart.com, the online store of the BuddyOra™ brand.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Products and Prices
The main features and specifications of each product are provided on its respective product page.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and import-related fees are handled in accordance with the information provided during checkout and the requirements of applicable law.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Where BuddyOra indicates that customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are included, customers will not be required to pay those charges again upon delivery.
3. Orders and Payment
Before completing an order, customers can review their shopping cart, total price, contact details, and shipping address.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and/or our payment service providers.
An order confirmation email will be sent after the order has been successfully placed.
If a paid order must be canceled due to product unavailability or another legitimate reason, any payments already collected will be refunded.
4. Shipping and Delivery

BuddyOra remains responsible for fulfilling its delivery obligations in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. 30-Day Free Returns
You can request a free return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our return policy includes:

Condition of Returned Products
Products may be unboxed and reasonably tested to verify their features and functionality.
Under our voluntary 30-day free return policy, and without affecting statutory consumer rights, we may decline a change-of-mind return if the product has been damaged by misuse, accidental drops, impacts, unauthorized modifications, or water exposure beyond its advertised water-resistance limits.
Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation right, any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product will be assessed only as permitted by law. Such handling does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
Manufacturing defects and damage arising from normal use within the product's advertised specifications remain covered by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please do not send items to our business address or EU representative's address without receiving return instructions.
Refunds: We generally process refunds within 48 business hours after receiving and inspecting the returned items, without affecting any earlier refund deadlines required by applicable law.
Your statutory cancellation, refund, and consumer protection rights remain unaffected by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

All products are covered by the consumer rights and statutory protections applicable to the purchase.

These rights apply independently of any additional commercial warranty that BuddyOra or the manufacturer may offer.

BuddyOra fulfills its contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.
For connected products, certain features may depend on external factors, including:

These factors may affect the accuracy, frequency, or availability of certain location-tracking features.
