The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

By listing the products in the online store, we are making a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items.

You can add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your information at any time before submitting your binding order. To do so, please use the tools provided during the ordering process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Order" button. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your order.

3. Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

The language available for entering into the contract is English.

We will save the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms and Conditions via email. For security reasons, the contract text is not permanently available online.

4. Terms of Delivery

In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs may apply. For more information, please refer to the individual product listings and the "Shipping & Delivery" page.

We ship all orders. You cannot pick up your order in person.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our store:

Your credit card will be charged immediately after you complete your order.

PayPal / PayPal Express
Payment is processed through the payment service provider PayPal.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

8. Liability
We assume unlimited liability for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or our agents:

- in the event of injury to life, limb, or health
- in the event of a breach of duty caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence
- when assuming a guarantee
- under the Product Liability Act

In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations due to slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.

10. Returns
Depending on the product, the return address may be located outside the country of delivery.

Please contact us at support@paw-smart.com before returning any items to obtain the correct return address.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as any applicable customs or processing fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Unannounced returns or returns sent to unconfirmed addresses cannot be accepted.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
